All employees commit to preserving the confidentiality of the information they obtain while performing their duties and use such information only within the scope of the legislation and in fulfilling their professional duties. All employees fully comply with the restrictions and regulations related to the confidentiality of customer secrets and the sharing of personal information with third parties within the context of the relevant legislation.

Your personal data, which you report to receive services from our institution or which is procured by our institution from various channels, is processed under the "Personal Data Protection Law" as the "Data Controller".

Your personal data is processed to provide our institution's products and services, to establish communication-related to the product/service you have received or will receive, to be used in marketing activities if you have given permission, for product/service offers, modelling, reporting, risk monitoring, intelligence, current or new product studies of our institution and affiliates, and potential customer detection, etc. related to the activities of the institution.

Your personal data will legally be transferred to administrative and official authorities, domestic and foreign affiliates of our institution, companies operating as intermediaries/agents, third parties from whom our institution receives support services or services domestically or abroad, independent audit firms, institutions permitted to share information under the relevant law, due to legal obligations and within legal limitations. Your personal data is processed due to legislation related to Tax, Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK), Social Security Institution, and other legislation concerning the Treasury.

Your personal data is collected through methods such as General Directorate, Customer consultations, scanning judicial records, market intelligence, Identity Sharing System, Address Sharing System, written applications to direct sales teams, Social Security Institution records, Postal and Telegraph Corporation (PTT), etc., and other channels through which the institution communicates or may communicate with its customers in the future, and is kept within legal periods as required by the relevant legislation.

Regarding the processing of your personal data by our institution, According to Article 11 of the "Personal Data Protection Law", you have the right to learn if your personal data is processed, to request information if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is used in line with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of personal data if processed incorrectly, to request deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons requiring its processing disappear, to request that the correction or deletion operations be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against you by means of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
